belly aching laughter on magnetic island

hey all:) well what a sweet day. my bus has finally arrived back at my happy place, no more constant thinking about jobs and other such stressfull things.
last night i got stuck into some local ale with 2 german guys from my hostel, and today, allong with my room mate, we went to magnetic island. i guess you could say its townsvills version of waiheke.
uppon arrival we looked into hiring a Moke(a litte beach buggy style car) but they were all booked out so its been one of those days with so much walking, that i know tonight i'll be sleeping like a baby.
i purchased a mask and snorkel, hired some fins, and we went snorkeling out at a wreck and a few beaches, amazing stuff! the locals are such soft on's that they moan about the water being cold but it so good, can sim all day in boardies just like a scorching NZ summer.
we had such a fun day, so many moments when we were just pissing ourselves with laugher, sharing stories and just enjoying the day. if laughter is the best medicine like the saying goes, then after today i must be a picture of health!:)
to top it off, walking home from the fery i saw the most amazing shooting star i have ever seen! was realy short and only covered a tiny bit of sky but was like a rocket and so bright!:)
thanks to those who have offered advice to prepair me for the new job. i'll deffinatly remember to put the wheels down(they dont actually go up) and will be sure to check the wings before takeoff! any more advice will be welcome as i know you can never be too safe:) too easy:)
